I handle most of the firm’s conveyancing, from first-home buyers through to seasoned investors.
I know that buying or selling a property can be stressful, so I help clients with this process by providing timely and clear advice and handling all the paperwork and financial transactions involved to eliminate the stress for them.
If you are thinking about buying or selling property you can contact me by phone DDI 03 477 3956 or email analise.cowie@rdblaw.nz. I can help you from the initial stages of considering an offer to buy or sell a property through to settlement and advising on how to best structure your offer (when buying) or considering an offer (when selling).
